Evolution one – week ten

Hello Folks,

Somehow I managed to get my workout in this morning. This weekend I cleared out a lot of old stuff, and today I finished it. It felt really good to get rid of junk. I find that I feel mentally better when I keep my things lean and organized; it trickles into other areas of my life.

It is especially satisfying to simplify my life. Unfortunately, I love to collect things. A cycle I seem to have learned over time…donate…buy…donate…buy.

When I am organized with my home I am also more organized with my fitness schedule. It is so much easier to plan my day, when I can find the things I need.
Anyway, more on this topic later.
