Evolution one – week twelve

Hello Folks,

What an adventure I had today. I decided to try to do at lease three exercises. This morning I lifted weights as usual and also did the bike for 20 minutes. I threw my kayak in my truck and headed to the lake. I dropped off my kayak and drove to the end point. I threw on my running shoes and ran to my kayak: then I kayaked back to my truck. Wheeew! I was so tired at the end of the day! And I was hungry!

All and all I felt pretty good; I am definitely in better shape than I have been in a long time. I will be doing more of this multiple training for the future. I want to get ready for the Quadathlon.

Exercise: Interval (40 minutes – running)
