Evolution Two – week one

Hello Folks,

Today I decided to give myself a little break from running a gazilian errands. I did my workout and it felt good today. I also added a rack to my truck to put my kayak on. I am getting ready for my quadathlon.. I did my bike intervals and really pushed myself. I can see that I am getting more and more fit every time I bike.
