
Evolution one – week twelve

Hello Folks,
What a hot day it was today! This is my free day, and I was planning on squeezing in a little cardio anyway, but instead I went for an hour hike. The hike was mostly uphill and it felt good to get out. A friend of mine recently asked me to help her with her exercise program. She told me I could post pics of her on my site and we could keep track of her progress. I will keep you posted when we start the program for her.
In the mean time I am going to get a few more things done. Tomorrow is a big day for me. I am going to do another experiment to rev things up! I am also planning a long bike ride this weekend. I have only done my training on my bike indoors and did a little biking around town. Now I want to see what my fitness level is like on the open road.
