
Evolution Two – week seven

Hello Folks,
It was a little rough staying on schedule with my exercise and diet on vacation. I feel pretty satisfied that I didn’t go too off course; and now I am ready to add some more experiments to my program! I am pretty tired today so I won’t say much more on this topic. It is nice to be home though.
Exercise: Interval (run 35 min., bike 20 mins.), pyramid
Menu: green smoothies and other stuff…..
